*Rental fee cost $10,000 CAD including a stay overnight.
*property size: ¾ acre, house is 1200 square feet.
*For parties over 20 people, mobile washroom trailer must be rented.
*Smoking and Vaping: Smoking and e-cigarettes are not permitted.
*Candles are permitted on tabletops, contained in a glass votives. Nothing can be attached to the walls. Floor and wall decals are not permitted anywhere in the house and no confetti, smoke/fog machines, or sparkler machines. No red wine inside unless there is a rug protector or replacement rug on top of the living room rug.
*Liability Insurance: The occupant must obtain and show proof of $5 million in general liability insurance and list the coast modern house as an additional insured.

*Confirming Your Booking: A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the rental fee will confirm the booking along with a signed contract. The remaining rental balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to your event.
*Payment is to be made by cheque/e-transfer to pratt.peter@gmail.com or wire transfer in Canadian funds only. Please make cheques payable to: Peter Pratt. We do not accept credit cards at this time.

There is parking along the side of Stevens Drive and Rabbit Lane or Chartered buses may temporarily stop and drop guests off. We also recommend guests take an Uber or call North shore Taxi.

Access to the Coast Modern begins at 9:00 am on the event date. This venue is located in a residential area, so all events in the garden must end by 11:00 pm, indoors the end time is 12:00am with guests completely out of the space by 12:30am. With vendors leaving by 1:30 am. The venue must be completely empty, in the same condition it was received by 2:00 am at the latest.
